Our return policy lasts 3 days. If 3 days have gone by since the delivery of the product that you ordered on our platform, then unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund or exchange.
To be eligible for a return, you must generate a return request by clicking the button given below:

Do remember that the return request received via an email will not be considered. Generate your return request on the link given above with the complete order details, a proper invoice, image of the shipping label, images of front & back and a video(if applicable) of the product. Moreover, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.
Several types of goods are exempt from being returned. Perishable goods such as food & consumables, flowers, newspapers or magazines cannot be returned. We also do not accept product returns that are intimate or sanitary goods, soaps or shampoos, hazardous materials, or flammable liquids or gases. Additionally, we don't accept returns of supplements and nutritional products since we verify and sell authorized and genuine supplements bought from our suppliers.
Additional non-returnable items:
- Gift cards
- Downloadable software products
- Some health and personal care items
- Products specifically mentioned as non returnable in the product description or title
To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.
Please do not send your purchase back to the manufacturer. Otherwise you won't be eligible for the return.
Refunds (if applicable)
Once your returned item is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If your request for refund is approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment in case your order was a prepaid order, within a certain amount of days.
If your order was a COD order, then we will be needing either a UPI number or Account details including Bank Account Number, Name of Account holder, IFSC code to process the refund successfully. In majority of the cases, you may receive a cashgram link to get your refund directly into your bank account. Cashgram is an extension of Cashfree's Payout system that enables payouts to be easily processed. Cashfree is a secure payment gateway that enables you to transact online without any hassle.
Late or missing refunds (if applicable)
If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.
Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.
Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.
If you’ve done all of this and you still have not received your refund yet, please contact us at email@example.com.
Sale items (if applicable)
Only regular priced items may be refunded, unfortunately sale items cannot be refunded.
Exchanges (if applicable)
We don't exchange item in majority of the cases. You can generate the return request and we will handle the rest. However in some cases we only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, send us an email at firstname.lastname@example.org and we'll communicate with you for the further process.
To return your product, you should raise the return request on our portal within 3 days of the product delivery. The product will be picked up from your doorstep.
However, if in extraordinary case you may need to ship the product then you will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.
Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you, may vary.
